Enterprise Intelligence Integration
Every communication RME sends or receives becomes enterprise knowledge — because it never left Salesforce.

RME is both a producer of signal and a consumer of intelligence.
Integration points
| Module | What RME contributes | What RME consumes |
|---|---|---|
| AVA Enterprise Intelligence | Full communication corpus | Generated content, next best action, executive summaries |
| Relationship Intelligence | Who talks to whom, cadence, responsiveness | Relationship strength for routing and tone |
| Meeting Intelligence | Invitations, follow-ups, recaps | Meeting outcomes that trigger follow-up messages |
| Voice Intelligence | Call recordings and transcripts | Sentiment and intent to choose the next channel |
| Operations Intelligence | Delivery, failure, and cost telemetry | Anomaly alerts, provider health, volume forecasting |
| Schema Intelligence | Field usage in templates | Safe merge-field suggestions and impact analysis |
Practical examples
Send-time optimization. EIE predicts the highest-response window per recipient; RME schedules with strategy = OPTIMAL.
Channel prediction. A contact who never opens email but replies to SMS within minutes is routed to SMS first by strategy = PREDICTED.
Sentiment-aware escalation. Voice Intelligence flags a frustrated call; a Platform Event triggers a Case escalation and a human-authored follow-up rather than an automated sequence.
Grounded generation. An AVA-drafted renewal note is grounded in case history, meeting notes, and prior communications — all Salesforce records, none of them exported.
Why locality matters
External marketing platforms fragment the corpus: half the conversation lives in an ESP, half in the CRM, and the AI sees neither completely. Because RME keeps every message in Salesforce, the intelligence layer sees the whole relationship — and every insight is governed by the same sharing model as the underlying records.
