Installation
Install the Real Bots managed package into a sandbox first, validate, then promote to production.
Prerequisites

| Permissions | System Administrator with "Install Packages" |
| Namespace | ribot (fixed — do not attempt to repackage) |
| Real Intelligence tenant | An EIE tenant provisioned for your organization |
Complete the Pre-Install Checklist before installing.
1. Install the package
- Open the AppExchange listing or the install link supplied by Real Intelligence.
- Choose Install for Admins Only for the first install.
- Approve third-party access for the Real Intelligence endpoint.
- Wait for the install confirmation email before configuring.
2. Assign permission sets
Assign the Real Bots permission sets to the administrators and users who need them. See Reference → Permissions for the full list.
3. Confirm components
After install, confirm the capability components you plan to use are present:
- Meeting Automation configuration and review components — see Meeting Automation → Configuration.
- Relationship Intelligence configuration object,
Verify Google Connectionaction, and theSigning Certificate KIDfield — see Relationship Intelligence → Post-Install Checklist.
4. Configure a capability
Installation only puts the components in place. Each capability has its own configuration path:
- Administrator Guide — Meeting Automation setup.
- Relationship Intelligence Post-Install Checklist — Salesforce, EIE, and Google Workspace setup.
Upgrades
Managed package upgrades are non-destructive. Configuration records, certificates, and history are preserved. Review Release Notes and install into a sandbox before upgrading production.
