What Meeting Automation reads, what it extracts, and what is stored in Salesforce.
What is read

Only meetings the user has placed in scope are read. See Meeting Configuration.
What is extracted
Meeting Automation identifies candidate action items — a short description, an implied owner where one is stated, and any due date mentioned. Each candidate is stored against a Meeting Log record until a person reviews it.
What is stored in Salesforce
- A Meeting Log record per processed meeting, including the processing outcome.
- Candidate task records awaiting review.
- Standard Salesforce Tasks for approved items only.
What is not stored
- Audio or video recordings.
- Full transcript text is not written into Salesforce Tasks; it is used to derive candidates only.
Nothing reaches a Salesforce Task without human approval. The review step is not optional.
