Meeting Automation
Turn meetings into structured Salesforce intelligence.
Meeting Automation reads the notes Google Gemini produces for your meetings, extracts the action items, and routes them through a human review step before creating standard Salesforce Tasks. Nothing is written to Salesforce without a person approving it.
What it does
- Connects scheduled meetings, participants, transcripts, and Gemini meeting notes to Salesforce.
- Extracts candidate action items from meeting notes.
- Presents them in a review dashboard where a person approves, edits, or rejects each one.
- Creates standard Salesforce Tasks from approved items and links them to the right records.
What it does not do
- It does not create records without human approval.
- It does not replace a project-management tool. See the PM+ boundary in the Administrator Guide.
- It does not analyze relationship patterns — that is Relationship Intelligence.
