EIE Configuration
EIE TENANT ADMIN
Configuration performed inside the Enterprise Intelligence Engine for the tenant.
1. Confirm the Salesforce connected system
EIE → Connected Systems → Salesforce

EIE resolves the tenant from the Salesforce Org ID. There is no global Salesforce or Google credential fallback.
2. Register the Salesforce public signing certificate
Connected Systems → Salesforce → Inbound Package Authentication → Register Signing Certificate
Upload the public .crt, .cer, or .pem file, or paste the PEM text. Confirm the status becomes Active, then copy the generated Certificate KID.
3. Configure the Google Workspace provider
EIE → Connected Systems → Google Workspace — see Google Workspace Configuration.
4. Confirm the public endpoint
Salesforce must target the public API boundary:
https://eie-api.realintelligence.com
Tenant isolation
Each tenant has its own signing certificate and its own Google Workspace provider. Credentials are never shared or inherited between tenants.
