Processing & Salesforce Records
How processed meetings become Salesforce records.
The scheduled job
A scheduled Apex job picks up meetings that are in scope and have notes available. Schedule it during business hours at a frequency that matches your meeting volume — hourly is a common starting point.
If the job is not scheduled, nothing is processed. This is the most common cause of an empty review dashboard.

Task creation
Approved items create standard Salesforce Tasks, so reporting, list views, and automations continue to work unchanged. Tasks are related to the contact, account, or opportunity resolved from meeting participants where a match is found.
Duplicates
Re-running the job on the same meeting does not create duplicate candidates. Duplicate Tasks are usually caused by two users approving the same item from separate meeting instances — see Troubleshooting.
Time zones
Due dates are interpreted in the meeting organizer's time zone. Confirm user time zone settings before rollout.
