Relationship Intelligence extends Real Bots beyond individual Salesforce records by securely connecting Salesforce relationship data with authorized enterprise communication metadata.

The objective is not to copy employee email into Salesforce. Instead, Relationship Intelligence derives useful organizational signals such as:

Relationship Intelligence is tenant-isolated. Every Salesforce organization is resolved to its corresponding Real Intelligence tenant before credentials or data providers are accessed.
