Accounts represent the approved social identities associated with a workspace. A post can only be sent to an account registered here.

What each account records

• Platform — the social platform the identity belongs to.
• Account identity — the handle or page the content is published as.
• Workspace ownership — the workspace that owns and may use the identity.
• Active state — whether the identity may currently be selected.
• Destination eligibility — whether the identity maps to a usable delivery destination.

Rules that apply

• An account belongs to exactly one workspace. Cross-workspace use is refused before send.
• Deactivating an account removes it from future selection without altering historical publication evidence.
• An account with no mapped destination is not eligible for publication, even when active.

Not every social platform is currently active for every workspace; eligibility depends on what is registered and mapped here.
