| Product | An approved offering with a canonical summary, problems solved, key capabilities, proof points, and an active state. |
| Audience | A configured segment with a description, pains, goals, and language notes that determine relevance and emphasis. |
| Campaign | A grouping of stories under a shared objective, audience, theme, call to action, landing URL, platform selection, date range, and phase structure. |
| Campaign Phase | A stage within a campaign used to sequence content deliberately over the campaign's date range. |
| Story | The governed unit of content production: a sourced idea that may produce multiple channel posts and visual assets. |
| Source Brief | The written description of the material a story is grounded in, used when no captured source exists. |
| Source Snapshot | The stored evidence supporting a story's claims, required before drafts can be generated reliably. |
| Structured Draft | Generated content for a story, produced within brand, product, and audience constraints. |
| Social Post | A channel-specific piece of content derived from a story and targeted at a destination. |
| Visual Asset | An image, card, or carousel page attached to a story or post and held in the asset library. |
| Review Queue | The surface where reviewers evaluate grounding, accuracy, relevance, copy, visuals, version, and destination. |
| Approval | A decision that a specific version of a specific draft is acceptable for scheduling and publication. |
| Publication | A governed record of intent to deliver approved content to a destination at a scheduled time. |
| Publication Execution | The attempt to carry out a publication, together with its result and evidence. |
| Buffer Destination | The mapping between an approved account and the channel the delivery bridge can deliver to. |
| Verified | The state in which the external result reconciles with the governed publication record. |
| Failed Before Send | A publication refused by a safety gate before any external delivery attempt was made. |
| Dry Run | A posture in which executions are simulated and recorded without contacting the external platform. |
| Publication Gate | A safety condition — membership, workspace, ownership, eligibility, or approval — that must pass before send. |
| Current Version | The latest version of a draft or visual; the version that review, scheduling, and publication act on. |
