Calendar
The calendar is the planning and schedule-verification surface. It shows what is scheduled, where it will go, and whether the schedule is real.

What the calendar shows
- Workspace timezone — the timezone all displayed times are expressed in.
- Scheduled date and time — when the publication is due to execute.
- Destination account — which approved social identity receives the post.
- Draft versus governed execution — whether an entry is a plan or a real scheduled execution.
- Verified Buffer scheduling — whether the delivery bridge has confirmed the schedule.
- Conflicts or stale schedule records — duplicates, orphans, and entries that no longer match execution state.
Visible dates and times must be interpreted in the configured workspace timezone. A post that appears to be scheduled for the morning is scheduled for the morning in that timezone, not in the viewer's local timezone.
Verifying a schedule
- Confirm the workspace timezone before reading any time on the calendar.
- Confirm the entry is a governed execution rather than an unscheduled draft.
- Confirm the destination account is the intended one and is eligible for the workspace.
- Confirm the entry is verified rather than merely created.
- Investigate any duplicate entry for the same story and destination before publication time.
Duplicates and stale records
A post appearing twice usually means a schedule was created, changed, and re-created without the earlier record being cancelled. Resolve it on the Publications ledger, which holds the authoritative execution state, and re-check the calendar afterwards.
