Configure the Brand

CONTENT FOUNDATION

Brand configuration determines how Real Intelligence communicates across every campaign and channel. It is the first configuration step, and it constrains every draft the system produces.

Brand configuration. Field values shown are point-in-time examples.

Fields and their effect on generated content

Voice

The consistent personality and point of view used across generated content.

Voice decides the stance of the writing: whether a draft speaks as an operator, an advisor, or a vendor; whether it addresses the reader directly; whether it opens with a claim or with a problem. Changing Voice changes the shape of every sentence the generator produces, not just its adjectives.

Tone

The desired level of confidence, pragmatism, technical depth, and restraint.

Tone controls intensity within the Voice. A restrained tone suppresses superlatives, exclamation, and urgency framing. A higher technical depth setting pushes drafts toward specific mechanisms and away from abstract benefit language.

Positioning

The approved explanation of what Real Intelligence does and why it matters.

Positioning is the fallback context the generator uses whenever a draft needs to explain the company rather than a single product. Without it, drafts drift into generic category language that could describe any vendor.

Do Rules

Required messaging practices, terminology, attribution, and calls to action.

Do Rules are applied as obligations during generation and as review criteria afterwards. They cover preferred product naming, required attribution for sourced claims, and the calls to action that are acceptable for the brand.

Don't Rules

Prohibited claims, invented facts, exaggerations, or misleading implications.

Don't Rules are the strongest constraint in the system. They remove whole categories of language — guarantees, unverifiable performance claims, competitor disparagement — before a draft ever reaches a reviewer.

Boilerplate

Approved reusable company language.

Boilerplate supplies the standard descriptive block used at the end of longer posts and in profile-style content, so the same approved wording is reused instead of regenerated each time.

Brand configuration prevents generated content from becoming generic, exaggerated, or inconsistent. It establishes the boundaries within which every campaign and story is produced.

Working practice

  • Write Do and Don't Rules as testable statements a reviewer can check against a draft.
  • Keep Positioning shorter than it feels comfortable to write; long positioning produces padded drafts.
  • Revisit Brand when review feedback repeats itself — a recurring correction usually belongs in a rule, not in every review.
