How to handle a failed check

Problem foundAction
Unsupported claimReject and correct the source or the product configuration
Wrong product selectedReassign on the story, then regenerate
Copy reads for the wrong readerCheck the campaign audience before editing wording
Rule violation repeats across draftsUpdate Brand Do/Don't Rules rather than editing each draft
Visual missing or unapprovedApprove or replace the asset before approving the post
Version confusionConfirm the current version; approve nothing else

Approval applies to a specific version of a specific channel draft. Regenerating after approval creates a new current version, which must be reviewed again.
