How Brand, Products, and Audiences work together
CONTENT FOUNDATION
The three foundation configurations are not overlapping settings. Each one controls a different dimension of a generated draft.
| Configuration | Controls |
|---|---|
| Brand | How Real Intelligence speaks |
| Product | What Real Intelligence can accurately claim |
| Audience | Which benefits and language should be emphasised |

Worked example
The same product, paired with two audiences, produces materially different content. Brand keeps both versions recognisably Real Intelligence; Product keeps both versions accurate.
Product: Enterprise Intelligence Engine
Audience: Salesforce Executives
The draft emphasises:
- CRM completeness
- Revenue visibility
- Enterprise relationships
- Decision-quality data
- Business outcomes
The framing is portfolio-level. The call to action points at an executive-appropriate next step, and technical mechanism is summarised rather than explained.
Audience: Salesforce Administrators
The draft emphasises:
- Controlled discovery
- Review workflows
- Data quality
- Duplicate prevention
- Governance and operational effort
The framing is operational. The draft names the mechanism, acknowledges the administrative work involved, and closes on a step an administrator can actually take.
What the example demonstrates
- Neither draft invents a capability, because both are bounded by the same Key Capabilities.
- Neither draft changes voice, because both are bounded by the same Brand rules.
- The difference between them comes entirely from the audience's pains, goals, and language notes.
Reviewing the foundation together
When generated content is disappointing, diagnose in this order:
- Inaccurate claim → Product configuration.
- Right claim, wrong emphasis → Audience configuration.
- Right emphasis, wrong voice or overreach → Brand configuration.
Fixing the configuration is preferable to editing individual drafts, because a configuration fix applies to every future story.
